About ReportStack
Mission
ReportStack exists because GoHighLevel agencies that run more than a handful of sub-accounts hit a wall: every login surfaces one client at a time, and there is no native way to see how the entire book of business is performing in a single view. Pulling that picture together by hand each Monday morning eats hours and goes stale by Tuesday.
The product is two parts: a cross-sub-account dashboard that rolls up sales, leads, ad spend, and ROAS across every location an agency owns, and a scheduled white-label PDF reporter that delivers a branded weekly or monthly summary to each client's inbox without anyone clicking a button. Same data, two surfaces — operator inside, client outside.
Founder
ReportStack is built by Avinash Sangle, an operator-engineer who has spent the last decade shipping AI, MCP, and DevOps systems for B2B software teams and hit the cross-sub-account reporting gap firsthand while supporting agencies on GoHighLevel. ReportStack is currently a one-person studio; every line of code, every customer email, and every roadmap call is owned end-to-end.

Third-party transparency
ReportStack relies on a small set of vetted processors to operate. The full privacy treatment lives on /privacy; this is the short version.
| Processor | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Supabase | Postgres database + object storage for branding logos and rendered PDFs. |
| Postmark | Transactional email delivery for scheduled reports and account notifications. |
| GoHighLevel (GHL) | OAuth identity, sub-account discovery, and per-location API tokens used to read your KPIs. |
| Vercel | Web application hosting (reportstack.app + app.reportstack.app) and edge analytics. |
| Anthropic | AI-generated client narratives that summarise KPI movement in plain English. |
