Acceptance of Terms

By installing ReportStack on your GoHighLevel agency or accessing reportstack.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using ReportStack on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Description of Service

ReportStack is a software-as-a-service product that connects to your GoHighLevel agency, aggregates KPI metrics across the sub-accounts you authorize, renders white-label PDF reports, and delivers them on the schedules you configure. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Account Registration

You install ReportStack via the GoHighLevel marketplace using your existing GHL agency account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your GHL credentials and for all activity that occurs under your installation. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use ReportStack to send unsolicited bulk email or any content that violates anti-spam regulations applicable to your jurisdiction; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (c) use the service to process data you are not authorized to access; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Subscription & Billing

ReportStack is offered on monthly subscription tiers ($29 / $49 / $79) corresponding to sub-account count caps. Subscriptions begin after a 14-day free trial during which no charge is incurred. Charges are processed via the GoHighLevel marketplace and renew monthly until cancelled.

Pricing may change with at least 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions continue at the previously published price for the remainder of the then-current billing period.

Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard or the GoHighLevel marketplace. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date. Within the first 30 days of any paid month, contact [email protected] for a full refund — no script, no friction. After 30 days, payments are non-refundable but you can cancel to stop future billing.

Intellectual Property

ReportStack and its underlying software, designs, and trademarks are owned by ReportStack and its licensors. You retain ownership of your data, your branding assets, and the reports generated for your clients. By using the service you grant ReportStack a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REPORTSTACK IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT WILL REPORTSTACK BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO REPORTSTACK IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [TODO: jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service will be resolved exclusively in the courts of [TODO: jurisdiction venue].

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to the agency owner address on file at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
